New Consumption，New Business Types and New Modes Under the New Ecosystem

Abstract：Under the normalization of COVID- 19 pandemic prevention and control，and the new development pattern of “dual circulation”，promoting the leading role of the new consumption and accelerating the cultivation of new supply power is highly expected. Consumption is not only the end point of economic cycle，but also the new starting point of that. Developing new consumption，promoting the new mode of smart circulation with the help of consumption update，stimulating new growth point of consumption with the help of innovation in modern circulation，and continually unlocking the potential of grow in consumption is of great significance for promoting economic circulation with efficiency. New consumption is not only the new engine and new driving force，but also the important leading force for national economic cycle. Under the influence of the epidemic，online consumption，such as digital retails，online service and livestreaming e- commerce，have developed rapidly；and China's consumer market modes are facing new changes. Consumption shows a trend from functional consumption to enjoyment consumption，and from commodity consumption to non- commodity consumption；and consumers are more in pursuit of highquality consumption experience，they are willing to pay for a better life. Offline business logic is being transformed from averagesales-per-unit-area-oriented and brand-oriented to consumer-experience-oriented ones；and online commerce evolved into the 3.0 stage of digital consumption. The industrial Internet is booming through cross-border integration；and the new retail system is continuously innovated. We should take the initiative to grasp the trend of consumption upgrading and development rules，and build a new ecological consumption system of new consumption，new business types and new mode，form a strong domestic market，and promote the formation of new development pattern of “dual circulation”.
