How Big Data Analysis Capability Affects Supply Chain Performance
——an Analysis Based on Supply Chain Resilience

Abstract：In recent years，with the emergence of new technologies，technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have greater impact on supply chain management. Among these technologies ，big data analysis capability，which is one of the important capabilities that supply chain enterprises should have ，has greater impact on supply chain resilience management. For enterprises with different scale，such issues as how big data analysis capability works ，what impact it has on supply chain performance，and how important it is are worth exploring. From the perspective of risk management and based on supply chain resilience theory，the author analyzes the relationship between supply chain resilient factors（e.g. supply chain risk management culture and supply chain collaboration）and big data analysis capability and supply chain performance. By means of questionnaire survey，the author quantitatively studies the impact of big data analysis capability of enterprises with different scale on supply chain performance. It is found that：big data analysis capability is positively related to supply chain risk management culture， especially for small enterprises ；supply chain collaboration is positively related to supply chain performance ，and supply chain collaboration will play a more significant role in small enterprises ；and supply chain collaboration plays a partial mediating role in the positive impact of big data analysis capability on supply chain performance. Big data analysis capability is an effective way for us to improve the performance and competitive strength of supply chain enterprises. SMEs should enhance the big data analysis capability，improve the enterprise collaboration capability，build the supply chain collaboration mechanism，and improve the capability to deal with supply chain risk from the perspective of supply chain strategy.
