Research on the Measurement of Intelligent Level and Driving Factors of China’s Logistics Industry

（School of Economics and Management，Northeast Normal University，Changchun 130024，Jilin，China） Abstract：The intelligent development of logistics industry is not only an effective means to get rid of the current predicament of logistics industry，but also an important key point that directly affects the quality of China's economic development and the improvement of competitive advantages. The evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions：the input level of basic elements，the application level of intelligent service and the benefit level of intelligentization of logistics industry. The overall entropy method is used to measure the intelligentization level of logistics industry in China and 29 provinces and autonomous regions from 2006 to 2019. And based on this，the authors build a dynamic panel data model；through the system GMM estimation，the authors empirically test the influence of cost pressure，environmental regulation，government intervention，traffic network density and technological level on the intelligent level of logistics industry. The results show that during the study period， the intelligent level of China ' s logistics industry shows an increasing trend year by year，but there are obvious regional differences. The first and second lag terms of the explained variables have a significant positive impact on the current period， indicating the existence of‘path dependence’effect in the intelligent development of logistics industry. Environmental regulation， transportation network and scientific and technological level play an important role in promoting the intelligent development of China 's logistics industry，and cost pressure inhibits the intelligent development of China 's logistics industry to some extent. Different influencing factors have different effects on the dimensions of logistics industry intelligence. In order to improve the intelligent level of China ' s logistics industry，we should grasp the law of intelligent development of regional logistics industry， establish the standard system，explore innovative regulatory mechanisms，clarify the main body of supervision in different fields， promote new infrastructure construction，and strengthen the training and training system of logistics professionals.
