4 die, 9 missing in mine accident

Four people were killed in a coal mine accident in Guizhou province, local authorities said on Tuesday. Nine others remain missing. A coal and gas outburst happened at around 9:10 pm on Monday at Zimujia coal mine in Panzhou city. Rescue work is underway.
