Beijing retailers post 43.1% growth in sales

Leading retailers, caterers and e-commerce platforms witnessed strong sales during the Spring Festival holiday, according to the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau. The 100-odd retailers saw a 43.1 percent year-onyear growth in sales during the sevenday period. Offline sales of these retailers and caterers rose by 59.5-percent over a year ago, the bureau said.
