Deadly mistake
A relative of airstrike victim Ezmarai Ahmadi is pictured on Saturday through the wreckage of a vehicle that was destroyed in the US action in a Kabul neighborhood. Ahmadi was wrongly identified as an Islamic State militant by US intelligence. Operatives tracked his white Toyota for eight hours on Aug 29 before targeting the car, killing seven children and three adults.
