Results announced
Leaders of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong brief the media about the party’s election results at its office in North Point on Monday, a day after registered voters elected the expanded Election Committee. The party said it won more than 150 seats on the 1,500-member electoral body, which picks the city’s leader and nearly half of its lawmakers.
