ZTT to open new plant in Morocco

Chinese wire and cable enterprise ZTT Group will open a new plant in Morocco’s northwestern city of Tangier, local media reported on Wednesday. Moroccan financial daily l’Economiste reported that ZTT had launched construction work to build a 40,000-square-meter plant. The plant will produce electric cables and optical fiber, which will require investment of $23.5 million and offers around 200 jobs, the report said.
