Industrial output goes down by 1.3% in France
France’s industrial output fell 1.3 percent in November from a month earlier amid decline of coke and energy production, the national statistics bureau Insee said. France, one of the world’s leading exporters of manufactured goods, saw production of coke and refined petroleum sector decline by 10.6 percent “because of strikes in factories,” Insee said. Manufacturing activities also fell by 1.4 percent in the period, Insee added.
