2018 was 4th-warmest year

The global surface temperature last year was the fourth-warmest in modern records, an annual analysis released recently said. The year ranks in order behind 2016, 2017 and 2015. The past five years have been, collectively, the warmest, since 1880, according to scientists at NASA.
