Man feeds expensive ‘apple’ to bears

A visitor repeatedly thanked zookeepers after they retrieved his expensive iPhone which he had accidentally thrown into the brown bear enclosure at a zoo in Changzhou on Feb 7. The visitor was at a loss after his mobile phone fell into the enclosure while feeding the bears apples and carrots in the city’s Yancheng Safari Park. A zookeeper later entered the enclosure and retrieved the visitor’s iPhone. Many netizens joked that it was the most expensive “apple” used to feed the animals this year.
