Saudi Arabian crown prince to visit China
Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will visit China and co-chair the third meeting of the China-Saudi Arabia high-level joint committee from Feb 21 to 22, Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said on Friday. The Saudi crown prince will meet with President Xi Jinping and co-chair the meeting with Vice-Premier Han Zheng, Geng said, adding the two sides are expected to sign a number of agreements on bilateral cooperation. He said China hopes the visit will further enhance the ChinaSaudi Arabia comprehensive strategic partnership, reinforce synergies between respective development strategies, and deepen bilateral cooperation in various areas within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
