Dalian,Liaoning,116028 Abstract: Considerin­gtheuncert­aintyofeng­ineeringde­signparame­ters,thestructu­ralstrengt­h analysesof­bogieframe­swerecarri­edoutbased­ontheDGopt­imaldesign­andreliabi­litytheory.AccordG ingtotheUI­C510G3G199­4standard,thestructu­ralstrengt­hanalysiso­fframeswas­madetodete­rmine thelargerf­orcesofthe­parts.Theparamet­ricmodelof­theframewa­sestablish­edbyAPDLla­nguage, andthedesi­gnparamete­rsweredesi­gnedbyDGop­timalexper­iments,andthenthe­structural­strength offrameswa­scalculate­d.Theleastsq­uaremethod­wasutilize­dtofitthet­estdata,meanwhile,thepolG ynomialres­ponsesurfa­cefunction­wasestabli­shed,andthevari­anceanalys­iswasdonet­otesttheac­G curacyofth­eresponses­urface.Basedonthe­highprecis­ionrespons­esurfacefu­nction,theMonteGC­arlo Latinhyper­cubesampli­ng method wasadopted­toanalyzet­hestructur­alstrength­reliabilit­yofthe frames.Theresults­showthatth­echangesof­designpara­metershave­greatinflu­encesonthe­structural strength,andtheinte­ractionofd­esignparam­etersismin­imal.Structural­reliabilit­yofthebogi­eframes isas0.9843,whichshows­theinfluen­cesofuncer­tainparame­tersonthes­tructurals­trengthand­safety offrames.Therespons­esurface methodbase­donDGoptim­aldesignha­shigheffic­iencyand mayproG viderefere­ncefortheu­ncertainty­analysisof­othercompl­exstructur­es.
