The new volume compiled 92 articles including speeches, conversations, instructions, and letters composed by Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, between October 18, 2017 and January 13, 2020. What new enlightenment does this volume bring? What distinguishes this book from previous installments? More than a century ago, China’s traditional civilization began to be severely impacted by the waves of modernization.
