The fifth and biggest Universal Studios theme park in the world, the widely anticipated destination features seven zones including Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness, Transformers: Metrobase, Minion Land, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Jurassic World Isla Nublar, Hollywood, and Waterworld. Featuring a high-quality operation and management mode, wide content marketing, and combination of theme-based immersive experience and popular characters, the resort is expected to receive around 10 million tourists each year and secure an annual turnover of more than 10 billion yuan (US$1.6 billion).

The reason international theme parks such as the Universal Beijing Resort and the Shanghai Disney Resort have been so successful in China is the inclusiveness of the Chinese culture. Their successes reflect the open and friendly attitude of Chinese society towards foreign cultures.
