Abstract: The digital economy is triggering the third major social mutation since the steam engine revolution and the electrical revolution. Only China's vague justice and multi-inclusive cultural genes have the potential to lead this social change. However, the key factor is whether the Chinese can grasp the new and old productivity and production relations, the new and old social structure, the new and old core values, and the laws of the old and new economic ethics and philosophical transformation.
