He Jing­tao and His Paint­ing

He Jing­tao, born in Linyi, Shan­dong, en rol led in Academy of Art and De­sign, Ts­inghua Univer­sity, and his works in­her­ited the paint­ing tra­di­tion of Song and Yuan Dy­nas­ties, full of literati paint­ing style.

Since 1990, his works of Chi­nese paint­ing re­peat­edly won awards from lots of na­tional paint­ing and cal­lig­ra­phy ex­hi­bi­tion com­pe­ti­tions, and were cho­sen into the col­lec­tions of China paint­ing and cal­lig­ra­phy such as Col­lec­tion of Si­noSouth Korea Paint­ing and Cal­lig­ra­phy, Col­lec­tion of Sino-ja­pan Ink Ex­hi­bi­tion, Paint­ing Work­ing Col­lec­tion of 2013 Na­tional Chi­nese Paint­ing Artists In­vi­ta­tion Ex­hi­bi­tion. And his paint­ings

were also col­lected by many art gal­leries from the U.S., South Korean, and Hong Kong SAR.

He is Di­rec­tor of China Mod­ern Artists, di­rec­tor of Chi­nese Artists As soc iat ion, mem­ber of Young Writ­ers As­so­ci­a­tion in Shan­dong Prov­ince, mem­ber of China Wang Xizhi Cal­lig­ra­phy and Paint­ing Art Re­search In­sti­tute, mem­ber of Bei­jing Times Golden City Art Academy, and an artist of Huo Chun­yang Stu­dio in Ts­inghua Univer­sity, etc. Now he lives in Bei­jing.
