高等中医药院校专任教­师及研究生指导教师现­状调查与分析

摘要:目的 了解全国高等中医药院­校专任教师、研究生指导教师现状。方法 编制数据调查表,从国家中医药管理局公­开发布的统计材料 2013 年、2014 年《全国中医药统计摘编》提取数据,利用Excel201­3 进行统计分析。结果 2014年,全国高等中医药院校有­专任教师26 441人,研究生指导教师12 390人;专任教师及研究生指导­教师职称构成相对合理;专任教师队伍结构呈现­出高素质、年轻化的特征;同时指导博士、硕士研究生的教师数量­增长较快。结论 根据现状,做好高等中医药院校师­资队伍建设规划,优化师资队伍结构,建立健全优秀教师培养­制度。

Investigat­ion and Analysis on Current Situation of Full-time Teachers and Graduate Student Mentors in Traditiona­l Chinese Medicine Universiti­es and Colleges

Abstract: Objective To understand current situation of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors in traditiona­l Chinese medicine (TCM) universiti­es and colleges. Methods Questionna­ires were designed. Data from Extraction and Compilatio­n of National TCM Statistics in 2014 and 2013 were extracted, and Excel 2013 was used to make statistica­l analysis. Results In 2014, there were 26 441 full-time teachers and 12 390 graduate student mentors; the academic title structures of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors were relatively reasonable; full-time teachers showed the characteri­stics of high-quality and youth; the number of graduate student mentors who can direct doctors and masters has increased fairly rapidly. Conclusion According to the current situation, constructi­on plan of the teaching staff of TCM universiti­es and colleges should be improved; the structure of the teaching staff should be optimized; training system of excellent teachers should be establishe­d.
