微信公众平台在医院图书馆的应用现状调查

摘要:目的 调查微信公众平台在国内医院图书馆的应用现状,为微信公众平台在医院图书馆的应用和完善提供借鉴。方法 利用网络调查法,调查我国医院图书馆利用微信公众平台开展信息服务的现状,重点研究了微信公众平台的服务模式、服务特点,发现存在问题,并提出建议。结果 全国仅有22 个医院图书馆建立微信公众号,但独具特点,通知公告和活动报道是医院图书馆进行宣传的重要方式。结论 医院图书馆应充分开发利用微信公众平台,拓展信息服务内容和方式。

Investigation of Application Status of WeChat Public Platform in Hospital Libraries

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application status of WeChat public platform in domestic hospital libraries; To provide references for applicaton and perfection of WeChat public platform in hospital libraries.
Methods Web Survey method was applied to investigate the status of information services offered by WeChat public platform used by domestic hospital libraries. The service mode and service features were studied as the focus. Existing problems were found and suggestions were provided. Results Only 22 hospital libraries had their WeChat public platform, with their unique features. Announcements and activity reports were the main ways for propaganda of hospital libraries. Conclusion Hospital libraries should fully make use of WeChat public platform, and expand the content and mode of information service.
