基于数据耕耘理论的图书馆信息咨询服务模式探讨

摘要：文章介绍了数据耕耘理论的研究背景和特点，并阐释了基于数据耕耘理论的图书馆信息咨询服务的优势。通过基于数据耕耘理论的图书馆信息咨询服务模式的构建，提出通过该模式实现数字信息咨询平台中咨询过程与咨询结果可视化、建立信息咨询服务动态化与有环反馈、提供分层次个性化信息咨询服务、构建基于智能Agent技术的信息咨询系统数据集成等创新策略。

Discussion on Library Information Consulting Service Model Based on Data Cultivation Theory

Abstract: This article introduced the research background and characteristics of data cultivation theory, interpreted analysis on advantages of library information consulting service model based on data cultivation theory, proposed realization of consultation process and consultation results visualization in information consultation platform of library information consulting service model through establishing library information consulting service model based on data cultivation theory, established information consulting services dynamic and ring feedback, provided personalized information services at different levels, and constructed innovative strategy of data integration system based on intelligent agent technology.

随着信息技术的发展，人们对图书馆信息咨询服务的需求不断变化，对于信息咨询服务的专业化要求不断提升。将数据耕耘技术引入图书馆信息咨询服务中，构建图书馆信息咨询服务模式。基于数据耕耘理论，针对图书馆信息咨询服务提出创新策略，优化图书馆信息咨询服务，将更好地满足图书馆用户的信息咨询需求。

1 数据耕耘理论的研究背景及其特点分析

1.1 数据耕耘理论

巨型系统数据中的不确定性因素 。通过对实验中各种不确定性因素进行分析、处理，研究其对于整体的影响。这种军事建模仿真的系统分析方法就是数据耕耘理论。

1.2 数据耕耘理论下图书馆信息咨询服务的特点
