我国高校图书馆知识共享服务模式探讨

摘要：知识共享服务已经逐渐成为高校图书馆的基本服务之一，对知识共享服务模式进行研究，可以为高校共享服务模式的创新提供参考，促进知识共享。文章梳理了当前我国高校图书馆知识共享服务的 4 种模式：即时交互模式、任务驱动模式、资源推送模式、媒体直播模式，对其现状进行分析，并着重从馆藏体系、人才队伍、资金建设等方面分析了现阶段高校图书馆知识共享服务存在的问题，最后从管理制度创新、建设门户网站、建立联盟体系、构建馆藏体系等方面提出了高校图书馆知识共享服务的创新路径。

Discussion on Knowledge Sharing Service Mode of Libraries of Colleges and Universities in China HUANG Le-yan

Abstract: Knowledge sharing service has gradually become one of the basic services of libraries of colleges and universities. The study on knowledge sharing service mode can provide references for the innovation of sharing service mode of colleges and universities and promote knowledge sharing. This article combed out the four modes of knowledge sharing service of libraries of colleges and universities in China: instant interaction mode, task-driven mode, resource push mode and media live broadcast mode, analyzed their present situation, and emphatically analyzed the existing problems in knowledge sharing service of libraries of colleges and universities at present from the aspects of collection system, talent team and capital construction. Finally, the article put forward the innovative path of knowledge sharing service of libraries of colleges and universities from the aspects of management system innovation, construction of portal website, establishment of alliance system and construction of library collection system.

高校图书馆为高校师生提供咨询、检索、导航等基本服务，同时也要从知识共享角度出发，为用户提供更为个性化的服务。现阶段，我国各高校图书馆积极开展知识共享服务，初具规模，形成了多种知识共享服务模式。本文对国内高校图书馆知识共享服务模式进行细致的研究分析，以期完善和创新服务模式，发挥图书馆在知识共享方面的价值。

1 我国高校图书馆知识共享服务现状

高校图书馆开展知识共享服务工作的重要性与

日俱增，图书馆的服务模式也在不断的创新和发展。知识共享服务打破时间、空间的桎梏，让高校师生享受到信息化和数据化的服务，更好地培养高校师生的信息素养。知识共享服务的开展为学生创建了一个学习和交流的场所，如小组研究学习室、参考咨询服务区等，学生、教师及科研人员在这些场所可以进行知识交流和研究。信息时代的来临，导致很多的高校图书馆服务项目被边缘化，尤其是一些需读者到馆的服务项目，高校图书馆开展团队知识服务工作很好地解决了图书馆发展过程中所面
