Innovation Path of Library Knowledge Service Mode under the Background of Think Tank Construction

Abstract: Libraries have the responsibility to provide knowledge services for building new think tanks with Chinese characteristics. This article described the two types of knowledge services that libraries provide references for decision-making departments and provide knowledge consulting services for think tanks, analyzed the innovation direction of library knowledge services for the construction of think tanks, that is, pay more attention to the innovation of knowledge information source, drive direction innovation and service mode innovation, and constructed the library knowledge service mode framework for think tanks, among which the service framework should be open and innovative, the service system should be both intelligent and scientific, and the service strategy should pay attention to the matching of resources and functions. Finally, it proposed four innovation paths for sustainable development, which were to open embedded mechanism, promote multifunctional knowledge services, innovate diversity of AI brains, enhance the effectiveness of knowledge services, comprehensively refine the service system, realize multi-node optimization of think tanks, customize information technology with wide coverage, and build library knowledge services, with the purpose to improve and innovate the knowledge service mode of libraries for construction of think tanks.
