Abstract: Objective To investigate the mechanism of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture in the treatment of acute pancreatitis (AP) based on network pharmacology. Methods Based on TCMSP and HERB data platforms, the main active components of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture were screened. AP related disease targets were retrieved from GeneCards, OMIM, and DrugBank databases, and common targets for the active components of Jianwei Qingchang
Mixture and acute pancreatitis were screened out; protein interaction networks for drug-disease common targets was constructed through STRING Database; DAVID platform was used for GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis; Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to construct a drug-active component-target-pathway network; network topology was used to screen key active components and core targets of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture in the treatment of AP. Results Totally 37 active components of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture were obtained, including emodin,
