NORDIC NOURISHMENT
Long-haul passengers on Finnair’s refreshed business class will soon be able to dine on demand, choosing from a wider range of culinary options and a signature seasonal menu created by top Swedish chef Tommy Myllymäki. Another highlight is the traditional coffee and dessert course known as kahvikutsut, which offers seven kinds of treats including Karelian pies, coffee cake, and Finnish chocolates. The new service will be rolled out on February 7 aboard flights to Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo, with Finnair’s remaining long-haul destinations following suit throughout the spring and summer ( finnair.com).
