Fronting the vintage-style bar is a breezy, cushion-strewn terrace purposebuilt for sundowners and lounging. Swiss-trained bartender Kris Gunara has concocted a tantalizing lineup of tropical cocktails like the Boozy Cherry—a muddle of cherry liquor, dark rum, and Coke—and the Lagoi Blue Sky, a zesty combination of vodka, Blue Curaçao, and lemon.
