LUCY CORRY Wrote “Capital Assets,” p. 25

-

Nearly 20 years as a journalist has taken Corry all over the world, but she now calls Wellington home. New Zealand’s capital city regularly rates highly in lists of the world’s most liveable cities, and she says it deserves the hype. “Wellington is vibrant and dynamic, but because it’s relatively small it remains an incredibly easy place to live. All the things that make it a really attractive place for a holiday are what the locals love about it too. You can walk everywhere, there are amazing beaches within 10 minutes’ drive from the CBD, and there’s always lots of great stuff happening in food, culture, and the arts.” Apart from freelance writing, Corry writes a regular recipe column for New Zealand’s largest news website as well as for her food blog The Kitchen Maid.
