Bali’s first and only hot-air balloon adventures are now available to in-house as well as outside guests at The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah resort in Ubud. Available three times a day throughout the months of June to November, each five- to seven-minute flight climbs a thrilling 50 meters over rice fields and floats at the end of a tether. Truly aweinspiring panoramas from the balloon’s cozy wicker basket extend from Ubud’s misty rain forests to the sacred summit of Mount Agung on the eastern horizon. To enhance this mesmerizing experience, morning passengers will enjoy breakfast before or after their balloon ride, while tea and treats are included in the afternoon flights and dinner for evening adventurers.
