0 ml isco El Gobernador 1 ml St.-Germain 0 ml fresh lime juice 10 ml sugar syrup fresh white grapes 1 pasteurize­d egg white

METHOD

Muddle the grapes, lime, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. our in the pisco and St.-Germain before adding the egg white and an ice cube. Close the shaker, then do a dry shake to emulsify the egg white.
