GOOD GRAZING

Cathay Pacific has teamed up with the Hong Kong hospitality group Black Sheep Restaurants to create a new economyclass menu on long-haul flights departing the city, with a rotating selection of globe-trotting dishes inspired by popular items served at Black Sheep’s 24 outlets. Main courses so far include Mexican-style pulled pork with roasted pumpkin and brown rice (pictured here), and braised beef in red wine paired with green beans and lemon gremolata.
