GOOD GRAZING

-

Cathay Pacific has teamed up with the Hong Kong hospitality group Black Sheep Restaurants to create a new economyclass menu on long-haul flights departing the city, with a rotating selection of globe-trotting dishes inspired by popular items served at Black Sheep’s 24 outlets. Main courses so far include Mexican-style pulled pork with roasted pumpkin and brown rice (pictured here), and braised beef in red wine paired with green beans and lemon gremolata. The menu will be rolled out on regional routes at a later date ( cathaypacific.com).
