-

Abreakfast at Andaz Bali is more than just a morning refuel; it’s the happiest time of the day with platefuls of comfort food, strong coffee, and energizing juices. Served à la carte at Wok Wok

amid the lush surrounds of the resort’s Village Square, breakfasts offer a curated selections of Indonesian and international flavors with a premium touch. The most sought-after dish, Soto Madura, is made from braised Australian beef shank, while the classic French toast gets a local makeover with the addition of homemade coconut ice cream. Other favorites include prawn omelets, vegan bibimbap, and babi guling (suckling pig) rillettes. Pastry chefs walk from table to table with baskets of freshly baked bread, adding a homey touch to the experience. Guests are also welcome to explore Deli & Bakery next door, where cold cuts, fresh juices, and jamu (traditional herbal tonics) are on display. Coffee from Expat Roasters and tea from Made Tea are freshly prepared from the bar, with the option of takeaway.

Just steps from the beach, Andaz Bali’s Fisherman’s Club

is a refreshing and upscale take on the famous seafood barbecue restaurants of Jimbaran Bay, with responsibly sourced seafood, locally inspired cocktails, and a lively ambience. Lunchtime here is all about easy, comforting food such as mie goreng cakalang, the Fisherman’s Burger, and grilled ginger chicken. For those who prefer to keep things light, the Green Bowl salad, tuna sambal matah and hamachi ceviche are ideal options. Dishes are available in small and large plates, so guests can choose the portion that fits their appetite.

Come sundown, the seafood market comes to life with displays of the freshest catch of the day and a DJ playing chill tunes. Dinner features premium seafood and meat selections, from lobster to grilled U.S. prime rib eye, as well as side dishes that are too good to share such as barbecued octopus and duck tostadas.

A meal on the beach is best complemented with refreshing cocktails and there are three kinds to choose from: signature, cocktails to share, and classic with a twist. Local ingredients such as telang (butterfly pea), kalamansi, Kintamani coffee, and pandan promise a surprising delight for the taste buds.
