Famed for its exquisite brunches, The St. Regis %ali Resort has recently extended the experience to weekends at its elegant beachside Kayuputi Restaurant. Served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, the decadent pan-$sian-inspired feasts begin in the restaurant’s $p¨ritif bar with free-ƫow Muices and cocktails (like the resort’s signature %loody Mary), caviar, and a Champagne sabrage ritual before the oƬcial brunch service kicks oƩ at noon, with amuse-bouches presented alongside freshly baked pastries and house-cured ƪsh terrine. Gourmet à la carte dishes are then served plate by plate with endless pass-arounds prepared à la minute, including lobster, Wagyu beef, duck foie gras, and meticulous­ly crafted desserts by French pastry chef Vincent Stopin. Priced at IDR 1,100,000 net per person (or IDR 1,500,000 on Sundays), the brunches also come with glistening Indian Ocean views.
