Tangelo, the resort’s fine-dining venue, serves a delightful à la carte breakfast, a range of fire-grilled and smoked dishes at lunchtime, and a 12-course dinner menu that seamlessly blends classic French techniques with contemporary influences. Adjacent to the main swimming pool, Verdant is a relaxed setting for leisurely drinking, featuring live music and an extensive selection of grill and tapas items. It also provides a serene venue for afternoon tea.
