Design and Research of Ultra High Definition Television Broadcasting System Based on 12G SDI Technology

Abstract: With the release and implementation of the "Action Plan for the Development of Ultra High Definition Video Industry（2019-2022）", it is necessary to conduct in-depth exploration of 12G SDI technology in order to further implement the industry development strategy of "4K first, considering 8K", and improve the construction and operation efficiency of ultra high definition television broadcasting systems. The article designs an ultra high definition television broadcasting system architecture based on 12G SDI technology, analyzes the system's functional configuration and implementation, and discusses aspects such as signal source access conversion, video playback storage, broadcasting control, delayed broadcasting, and high standard definition simultaneous broadcasting. It is hoped that this can provide some reference for the design and development of ultra high definition television broadcasting systems.

近年来我国经济快速发展，产业格局升级迭代趋势明朗，各种先进的技术手段不断涌现，为各行业领域的发展注入了活力。电视视频行业受到滋养和驱动，同样步入了高质量发展新阶段，如何优化电视视频画质，实现12G SDI技术的融合应用，成为诸多电视视频制作者关注的焦点。

1 基于12G SDI技术的超高清电视播出系统架构

4K超高清电视播出系统建设之初，采用4线3G SDI接口传输信号，虽然能够保证画质的优化提升，但是容易造成设备系统冗余问题，12G SDI就是在这种背景下产生的。与传统技术相比，12G SDI接线方式更简单，可以将4根线缆整合为1根，系统部署更加简洁，

传输速率更高。为满足新时期用户对电视播出画质的高要求，需要借助12G SDI技术进行新播出系统的搭建。本文中设计的系统架构主要包含3个层级，即资源

层、服务层和应用层。其中，资源层包含各种网络物理设备、存储物理设备、数据库物理设备等，是整个系统

的物理基础；服务层主要负责管理各功能算法，提供时钟服务、日志服务等，系统设计人员可以在此编写各功能板块规则，实现功能的针对化设计应用；应用层

主要包含人机接口，工作人员可以通过该板块进行SDI

远程播出控制，实现信号的接入转换、视频的播放存储、节目单的修改等。当系统正式运行时，总编室可通过平台获取备播节目信息，开展节目单编排工作，关联
