The Inheritance and Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage under the Concept of Metaverse

--A Case Study of Twelve Muqams in Xinjiang

Abstract: With the continuous development of the digital economy, the digitization of intangible cultural heritage inheritance has become a trend. The inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in the new era is no longer limited to traditional and singular methods, and digital technology provides a new path for it. The article takes "Xinjiang Twelve Muqam Culture" as an example and combines the characteristics of the Twelve Muqam Culture to explore the feasibility of empowering intangible cultural heritage through the metaverse. Around the digital inheritance system of the Twelve Muqam Metaverse, a metaverse platform is built, a collection of digital collections and a high interaction experience system are established, and university curriculum design is introduced to promote the revitalization and youthfulness of intangible cultural heritage.

元宇宙（Metaverse）是一个社会科学概念，用于描述一种虚拟的数字化空间。它与现实世界相互交融，提供了一种全新的参与和互动方式，并打造了一个更加广阔和复杂的虚拟世界，具有更高的互联性和互动性。作为一个完全基于数字技术构建的虚拟空间，元宇宙可以模拟现实世界的各种元素，包括人物、物体、环境等，使用户能够在虚拟空间中进行各种互动。

十二木卡姆是维吾尔族一种大型传统古典文化，汇集歌、诗、乐、舞、唱、奏于一身，是维吾尔族人民对中华民族灿烂的文化所做的重大贡献。元宇宙与十二木卡姆相结合，能够为十二木卡姆文化传承提供一个新平台，使其可以在虚拟环境中展示和传播，为十二木卡姆文化的传承带来了更多的可能性。

1 十二木卡姆发展现状1.1 现状

十二木卡姆作为一种艺术形式在新疆广为流传，

大受欢迎。它不但具有记录生活的特点，还具有历史的叙事性，以及渲染内心情感和民族审美输出的抒情性。这种艺术形式在非物质文化遗产类别里被归为传统音乐类，大多时候会运用音乐、文学、舞蹈、戏剧等各种语言和艺术形式进行表现，演出内容则主要表现维吾尔族人民欢乐美好的日常生活、宏伟的理想和高尚情操。十二木卡姆演出强调将情感融入到事件当中并加以升华。十二木卡姆文化已经形成了完整的体系和强烈的风格，这种音乐形式无论在中国还是在世界各民族的艺术史上都是独树一帜的存在。十二木卡姆同时也是教育青年与凝聚民族力量的重要手段，其在文化认同和民族团结方面发挥着十分显著的作用，也是维系维吾尔族人民的精神纽带。
