DRAGONFLY

Hot on the heels of some of the city’s most anticipated openings, including Ophelia, Iron Fairies and Dear Lilly, comes Ashley Sutton’s sixth Hong Kong- based project. In true Sutton style, Dragonfly – though relatively small in size – is an extravagant den of bold themes and whimsical design inspired by the 19th century art nouveau style of Louis Tiffany. Tucked away in the Tai Kwun heritage centre, the new bar offers an eclectic menu of cocktails, such as the strawberry gin creation Mucha’s Muse, alongside a menu of fusion tapas.
