We’re on the hunt for weird and wonderful weather phenomena

FROM LIGHTNING STRIKES to curious cloud formations, the Hong Kong Observatory is challenging photographers and videographers to capture timelapse recordings of bizarre and beautiful weather phenomena from around the world. To enter the competition, submit a timelapse video of up to 60 seconds to Instagram with the hashtags #1minuteweather or #天氣一分鐘and email the link to your post to 1minuteweather@ hko.gov. hk by 31 January.

香港天文台邀請硬照及影片攝影師將世界各地千變萬化的天氣現象拍攝下來。無論是驚心動魄的閃電，還是令人產生無聯限 想的雲層，只要是天氣現象，均可以利用縮時攝影技術將之拍下參比加 賽。參者賽 只須拍攝一段60秒以內的縮時影片，上載到Instagram並附上#1minuteweather或天# 氣一分鐘的主題標籤後，然 於1月31日前把連結電郵至1minuteweather@ hko. gov. hk即可。比賽及獎項詳情請瀏覽facebook.com/hk.observatory
