提升中国能源效率的 产业空间重点

摘要:提高能源效率是中国建设生态文明、实现巴黎协定的关键举措。本文首先分析了产

业和区域两个尺度上能源消费的结构与效率特征,在此基础上,通过比较分析,筛选出能源消耗大、利用率低的产业和区域,作为提高能源效率的重点。从产业看,黑色金属冶炼和延压加工业、化学原料和化学制品制造业、非金属矿物制品业、有色金属冶炼和压延加工业、石油加工炼焦和核燃料加工业、造纸和纸制品业等 6大产业能耗较大、效率较低,是提高能源效率的重点产业。从区域看,河北、山西、内蒙古、新疆的能源消耗量大,而且利用效率较低,是提高能源效率的重点区域。

Abstract: Improving energy efficiency is the key for China to construct ecological civilization and realize Paris accord. Firstly, this paper analyzes successively the structure and efficiency characteristics of energy consumption on two dimensions of industry and region. Then, industries and regions with large energy consumption and low efficiency are selected through comparative analysis, which are the focus of improving energy efficiency. From the perspective of industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, chemical raw materials and chemical products, nonmetallic mineral products, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, oil processing and coking and nuclear fuel processing industry, paper and paper products are the six major industries of large energy consumption and low efficiency, which are the key industries to improve the energy efficiency. Viewed from the regionals, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang have large energy consumption, the energy efficiency is low, which are the key areas to improve energy efficiency.
