虾皮炒杭白菜

姜、蒜拍扁备用;杭白菜洗净后切去老梗,从中段一切二,装入盆中,再撒少许盐、糖备用;锅烧热,下油,放姜、蒜煸出香味,放入虾皮煸炒;放入杭白菜梗,再放入叶子,大火爆炒至熟,出锅即成。

虾皮的鲜点缀了杭白菜的清爽,简约而不简单。
