Switzer­land: Swiss Gas­tro­nomic Week kicks off

The Swiss Em­bassy in Bei­jing, Hil­ton Bei­jing and the award­win­ning Swiss Kulm Ho­tel in the Alpine town of St. Moritz col­lab­o­ra­tively in­au­gu­rated the first Swiss Gas­tro­nomic Week in China, pre­sent­ing an ex­quis­ite and cre­ative menu for guests at Hil­ton Bei­jing’s One East Restau­rant be­tween April 24 and 29. The week of­fi­cially kicked off on April 23 with a launch cer­e­mony at Hil­ton Bei­jing. The Swiss Am­bas­sador to China Jean-Jac­ques de Dardel, cel­e­brated Kulm Ho­tel ex­ec­u­tive chef Bern­hard Grob, the ho­tel’s sous chef Alessan­dro Cal­garo, its ex­ec­u­tive pas­try chef Vit­to­rio Mig­giano and about 200 other guests at­tended the open­ing event.
