Good Sleep and Stroke Prevention
With the changes in our habits and living environments, more and more people are suffering from sleep disorders. Many aspects of physiology, such as respiration and metabolism, growth and memory consolidation, only function well if people sleep enough. One significant risk of sleeping disorders is a stroke. In recent years, strokes have become the leading cause of death in China, and the rate of incidence is increasing each year.
