Good Sleep and Stroke Pre­ven­tion

With the changes in our habits and liv­ing en­vi­ron­ments, more and more peo­ple are suf­fer­ing from sleep dis­or­ders. Many as­pects of phys­i­ol­ogy, such as res­pi­ra­tion and me­tab­o­lism, growth and mem­ory con­sol­i­da­tion, only func­tion well if peo­ple sleep enough. One sig­nif­i­cant risk of sleep­ing dis­or­ders is a stroke. In re­cent years, strokes have be­come the lead­ing cause of death in China, and the rate of in­ci­dence is in­creas­ing each year. In this sem­i­nar, the ex­perts from Beijing United Fam­ily Hospi­tal will ex­plain these is­sues in or­der to in­tro­duce the symp­toms, di­ag­noses and treat­ments of these prob­lems, as well as to give some tips on pre­ven­tion.
