Global Times – Metro Beijing - - THE STRATEGIST -

In Morocco, couscous is traditionally eaten on Fridays for lunch and only on Fridays at lunchtime. Sometimes, it’s served on special occasions like weddings and newborns’ celebrations as well. Couscous is served at lunchtime on Fridays remains a tradition. Caravan’s longest lasting event is so popular that couscous flies out of the kitchen at the end of every workweek.
