W Hotels announced on November 29 that W Records is going to start the second-stage cooperation on the album Perfume

Genius by Mike Hadreas, who is known as the “Perfume Genius.” The rising new star released two albums with Matador Records and a music video he created which have been formally released. Not For Me is the hit song of the album Bobby Darin released by Mike Hadreas.

He debuted as the director for the music video. Hadreas also serves as the lead singer and personally participated in its production. “You may easily feel the visual effects that the song aims to present,” said Hadreas, adding that “before creating the music video, I could imagine the whole picture when I hear the song. It gives me a feeling of warmth with great painting styles being wrapped by a charming handkerchief. To personally guide the music video gives me a chance to integrate music better into my mind.”

Not For Me is another song

released after Alan (rework) was released last week. All the earnings will be donated to the public welfare organizations, thus helping with the global public welfare cause that W brand and its artists support. Serve 360 is a project launched by Marriott International Group, through which they practice social responsibility and actively promote hotel industry development.

“Cooperation with Hadreas may further arouse our enthusiasm of music and global equality, which is unbelievable,” said Anthony Ingham, the global brand leader of W Hotels. “Since the birth of the brand, we have been advocating equal, transparent and inclusive dialogues. We feel very honored and proud to promote global equality through the relentless efforts of W Records in the music industry,” he added. The two albums were recorded in the music suite at W Hotel in Hadreas’s hometown Seattle, Washington, the US. Other albums will be recorded by Robert Lang Studio, a recording studio in Shoreline, Washington which recorded the last album for the band Nirvana.

W brand has set up longterm partnerships with music partners, promoters, media and influential staff in the industry, thus creating favorable conditions for the entertainers signed by W Records to stand out in the competitive market. The entertainers will be heard by 110 million members of the Frequent Flyer Program, a subordinate of Marriott International.
