TAL ac­quires Is­raeli ed­u­ca­tion startup CodeMon­key

To­mor­row Ad­vanc­ing Life (TAL) an­nounced its ac­qui­si­tion of Is­raeli game-based learn­ing startup CodeMon­key dur­ing a press con­fer­ence at the Global Ed­u­ca­tion Sum­mit in Bei­jing on Tues­day.

Bai Yun­feng, pres­i­dent of the ed­u­ca­tion group, said in his speech that “TAL sees this co­op­er­a­tion as a good start and it will join hands with the out­stand­ing en­ter­prises in the world to bring bet­ter ed­u­ca­tion to more chil­dren.”

Ophir Gore, head of the trade and in­vest­ment mis­sion at the Em­bassy of Is­rael in Bei­jing, Yossi Bai­datz, CEO of The Cen­ter for Ed­u­ca­tional Tech­nol­ogy, Jonathan Schor, CodeMon­key’s CEO and Gale Huang, CTO of TAL, were present at the event.
