In­no­va­tion fo­rum hosted by sci­ence-tech min­istry

Over 200 Chi­nese and for­eign schol­ars, sci­en­tists, en­trepreneurs and gov­ern­ment of­fi­cials at­tended the 2018 Pu­jiang In­no­va­tion Fo­rum, which is be­ing held Shang­hai from Mon­day to Thurs­day, to shed light on sci­en­tific re­search and in­no­va­tion.

Or­ga­nized by the Min­istry of Sci­ence and Tech­nol­ogy and Shang­hai mu­nic­i­pal gov­ern­ment, the four-day fo­rum is re­turn­ing for the 10th time to the city.

With the theme of In­no­va­tion-Driven De­vel­op­ment and Sup­ply-Side Struc­tural Re­form in A New Age, the event fea­tures one ma­jor fo­rum, four sub fo­rums and 11 lec­tures about young in­no­va­tors, re­gional co­op­er­a­tion of Guang­dong-Hong Kong Ma­cao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta re­gion, as well as fore­front do­mains in sci­en­tific re­search, such as hu­man phe­nome and epi­demi­ol­ogy.

The 8th China In­no­va­tion & En­trepreneur­ship Com­pe­ti­tion (Shang­hai) – 2019 Startup in Shang­hai In­ter­na­tional In­no­va­tion and En­trepreneur­ship Com­pe­ti­tion also kicked off on Tues­day.
