Shanghai business climate plans

The Shanghai city government held a meeting on Monday in a bid to further optimize the business environment and improve government efficiency in the city, according to a report by the Xinhua News Agency on Monday.

The plan released on Monday covers 25 areas, including encouraging start-up businesses and cutting red tape in applications for construction permits and electricity supply.
