Helping process kelp
A worker produces kelp fertilizer at a factory in Rongcheng, East China’s Shandong Province. Rongcheng is one of the largest kelpproducing bases in the country, with a long history of cultivating kelp with excellent quality. The water surface available for kelp cultivation is more than 150,000 mu ( 10,000 hectares) in the city, ranking first in the country.
