One of the designers’ key priorities was maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout the property. By choosing modern streamlined shapes and keeping the palette almost entirely white, the landscape is serene and light. Symmetry reigns, with balanced proportions and clean lines. Furniture is low and unobtrusive, allowing natural light unfettered access to every corner of the apartment. Glass panels delineate the bathroom in the bedroom, maintaining a sense of space and light, while subtle blind systems are used in place of curtains. Clutter is smartly concealed in every room.

The monochromatic scheme allows for textures, accent colours and design details to pop. This includes the texture of various light woods employed in flooring, a dining bench and small furniture pieces. A luxuriously piled blue area rug is used to mark out the lounge space – an island in an ocean of white. Further texture is provided by tactile seating fabric, and the use of marble as a wall panel, table top, and in the ensuite and guest bathrooms.

設計師們其中一項首要考慮就是保持一致的美學取向。他們精選現代流線型外形、沿用幾乎全白色的色彩組合，成就出平靜輕盈的面貌。對稱元素、平衡比例與簡約線條各處可見。矮身傢具絕不會阻擋視線，讓天然光能自由在單位內四處流動。玻璃板在睡房中勾畫出浴室的輪廓，保留一定的空間感和光明格調，並選用低調的遮光簾取代窗簾。雜物則獲巧妙隱藏在每個房間之中。
