"My husband, Mike, insisted that if we were going to move back, it had to be all about convenience," says Lori. "Space was also a big issue, since we were going from a house to an apartment." The loft space the couple eventually chose has high ceilings and an open, airy layout that makes for a relaxing refuge amidst the bustle of the city. "For a family, it’s great that we are always connected, even if we are each doing our own thing," Lori says. "It also comes in handy when you want to know what your teenagers are up to."
The interiors were created through a meeting of the minds.
