MUNRO HOUSE

A brand new residence that offers a refined lifestyle from a bygone era 隱藏於悉尼近郊的雅緻住宅

-

LOCATION: Elizabeth Bay, Australia Residential

Munro House pays homage to Elizabeth Bay’s grand architectural legacy. Curated by PBD Architects and Mim Design, Munro House sits in dialogue with its art deco neighbours through a curvaceous façade, generous proportions and use of natural materials.

Located on Greenknowe Avenue, Munro House, developed by the emerging integrated property group Top Spring Australia, is poised to be a new icon in the prime locale of Sydney. Positioned in the cultural heart of the capital between Potts Point, Rushcutters Bay and Woolloomooloo, the property is surrounded by a range of lifestyle destinations, providing its discerning residents all this highly coveted suburb has to offer.

On Munro House’s doorstep is a myriad of designer boutiques and a world-class European-style café, bar and fine-dining restaurant. The property is a mere short walk to the stunning Rushcutters Bay Park and Woolloomooloo Wharf, while the CBD is just one short train stop away.

Comprising only 30 brand new luxury apartments across six levels, the generous one, two and three-bedroom homes, including a penthouse, perch above a single-level basement car park.

Inside the units, there is natural light and cross-ventilation, with commodious balconies connecting one to the outdoor area. All apartments are astutely equipped with home automation, Wolf

and Sub-Zero appliances, free-standing baths, underfloor heating and stone bench tops.

Within the development, residents can make use of the secure car and bike parking area, as well as a communal entertainment terrace, along with the fabulously designed garden landscapes by landscape architect Taylor Brammer to indulge their senses.

Integrating art and nature with architecture injects panache into the project. A stunning sculpture by local artist Jade Oakley, for instance, has been commissioned to enhance the spatial quality of the building’s entrance and to regenerate the streetscape of Greenknowe Avenue. The artwork is inspired by the beautiful Port Jackson Figtree, an indigenous tree species commonly found in the area.
