STH BNK BY BEULAH

An architectural marvel of green living that soars to record highs Location: Melbourne, Australia Mixed-use development

-

The first residential phase of STH BNK By Beulah residence has now hit the market at HK$3 million-plus. Situated on the Southbank area from across the Melbourne CBD, STH BNK By Beulah is a multiuse complex comprising two twisting towers, with one of them set to be the tallest in the country when completed in 2027.

The AU$2 billion development will offer residences, Grade A office spaces, the Four Seasons Hotel, vacation hotspots and cultural precincts under the concept of what the Dutch architectural practice UNStudio bills as the “Green Spine” – a set of vertically networked platforms, terraces and verandas that form a multifaceted spine designed to increase public flow while allowing either side of the tower a view to the city.

Housed in the East Tower, the taller one of the pair, the first residential phase offers more than 700 units divided into three collections across 100 floors. They include the Garden Rise Residences, which provide 427 units occupying the 10th to the 40th floor; the High Rise Residences, which offer 210 units from the 42nd to the 72nd floor; and the limited Sky Rise Residences, featuring 58 high-ceiling units that take up the 75th to the 86th floor.

Designed with healthy living in mind, the development is working with British design company ARUP to introduce the Beulah FreshAirTM – a bespoke centralised ventilation system built to remove the contaminants from filtered air and increase the oxygen levels in the rooms to promote better indoor air quality.

Floor-to-ceiling windows will be widely used to ensure maximum daylight, and open views to Melbourne’s skyline. Most of the units come with study rooms to facilitate the new norm of working and learning from home.

The adjoining 63-floor western tower will house the Four Season Melbourne alongside a myriad of facilities spanning entertainment, retail,

commercial, residential, hotel, and exhibition areas, as well as a podium floor that can accommodate up to 3000 people.

Residents of STH BNK By Beulah will be given independent VIP access to the sky garden and eight privately maintained Pocket Gardens that look out to Southbank Boulevard, as well as butler services, including personalised event planning, personalised travel planning, nutrition advice, 24-hour medical attention, personal trainers, housekeeping, chauffeurs, and much more. Other amenities include childcare centres, swimming pools as well as health and wellness precincts, among others.
